Privacy
BirdAround is in beta and under active development. This document is an incomplete draft; operator details still need to be added.
Who operates this website
BirdAround is a travel discovery project developed in Poland. Contact: contact@birdaround.com. The identity of the data controller has not yet been provided in this draft.
Analytics
If you accept analytics cookies, BirdAround loads Google Analytics 4 to measure page visits and use of the website. Affiliate click events include the provider, destination ID, destination name and page path. Google processes browser and device information and cookie identifiers.
You can decline analytics and continue using the site. Use Analytics settings to change your choice. Withdrawing consent stops future collection; it does not automatically erase previously collected data.
Affiliate links and external services
Booking links pass through CJ and may earn BirdAround a commission. Clicking an external link takes you to another provider, whose privacy policy applies. Hosting and external image services receive connection information when your browser requests their resources.
Contact and your rights
Messages sent to our contact address are used to respond to your enquiry. Depending on the processing and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, object to processing or request portability. You may complain to the Polish supervisory authority, UODO.
Details awaiting confirmation
This draft still needs confirmation of the real controller, any required address, hosting and email providers, purposes and legal bases, retention periods, international transfers and safeguards, and the GA4 property settings.
